Sit it out, Or ride it out

Many people ask “Is this a good time to buy a house?”. Sure it is. Right now there’s money that banks are loaning; interest rates are low; there are properties available.
So what’s holding some people back? Fear that the market will further erode, or that interest rates will go up too fast. Those things could happen – or maybe not!
It really has a great deal to do with what one’s personal outlook is. If you believe it then it becomes so. Do nothing – sit it out – until the market changes. It just might get worse. But, again the market just may have gotten as bad as it will get.
Or do something – you can make a decision to act sooner and – ride it out – come what may. Buy what you can truly afford through thick or thin and you just might have gotten the home you really want.
